Hector C. Sanchez is a senior leader with over 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, specializing in workforce development, talent management, and leadership at scale. As a Senior Career Counselor, he has advised and supported thousands of Soldiers through career progression, retention, and transition planning—building a deep understanding of what it takes to align people with purpose.
Now serving as Regional Manager for Veteran Workforce Solutions, Hector focuses on building strategic partnerships and connecting transitioning service members to meaningful career opportunities through direct placement and SkillBridge/CSP pathways. He brings a practical, mission-first approach to workforce alignment—bridging military experience with industry needs to create clear, executable paths for both veterans and employers.
